I can\u2019t wait to be a part of such an amazing team and community. A huge thank you to my coaches, teammates, family, and friends who\u2019ve supported me and helped me get here! \ufe0f? #gowildcats&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dalbo, who does her club swimming with Marlins of Raleigh, earned three best times at an August intrasquad meet after placing 14th in the mile at Cary Sectionals. She had a trio of top-16 finishes at North Carolina Seniors in February and raced to eighth place in the 200 fly at the ATOM Invitational in December.<\/p>\n<p>In summer 2019, she recorded six best times at North Carolina LCM Seniors before going on to finish third in the 400m IM and sixth in the 400m free\/800m free\/200m fly at Southern Zone Age Groups.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 5:07.78<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 10:31.33<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 17:24.81<\/li>\n<li>200 fly &#8211; 2:07.69<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:08.82<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:32.43<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Green Hope High School, Dalbo competed at the North Carolina 4A State Championships during her sophomore season. As a junior, she finished 10th in the 500 free and 11th in the 200 IM at the NCHSAA 4A Central Regional Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Dalbo will add much-needed distance depth to the Wildcats&#8217; roster when she arrives on campus as a member of the Class of 2025.
