Williams, S.C. (Australia) alongside president of the panel, Professor Luigi Fumagalli (Italy) and Dr. Hamid G Gharavi (France\/Iran).<\/p>\n<p>It will take place in a secured location in Lausanne with the parties, legal representatives and expert witnesses attending either in-person or by video conference, given the travel restrictions and strict measures applied in the wake of Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Only those directly involved with the case will be allowed access and there will be no media briefings or press conferences.<\/p>\n<p>The panel will deliberate following the hearing with a decision to be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tas-cas.org\/fileadmin\/user_upload\/Media_Release_6689_prehearing.pdf\">CAS press release<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/wada-bans-russia-not-russians-from-international-sport-for-4-years\/\">The ban handed down late last year leaves the door open for individual Russian athletes to prove themselves innocent and compete under a neutral flag.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those athletes who are not implicated in doping may compete at a second straight Olympic Games, after\u00a0<strong>Rio 2016,<\/strong>\u00a0in neutral uniforms and with no flag nor anthem to accompany any medals they may win.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Advertising: Shop At
