Big thanks to my family, coaches and teammates who have gotten me to this point. Go Bison!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kopac trains year-round with Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club and earned four best times at Potomac Valley Seniors at March after taking sixth in the 1000 free at December&#8217;s NCAP Invite.
