If the winner touches in 45secs, all those who are slower than 46.35 forfeit their points to the man who stopped the clock first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 51.02, Cate Campbell, Emma McKeon, London Roar<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Team Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ranomi Kromowidjojo\u00a0<\/strong>got the day started with a 51.73 in the 100 freestyle from lane one as she helped score 10 points for her team.\u00a0<strong>Kasia Wasick\u00a0<\/strong>of the Breakers was second ahead of\u00a0<strong>Natalie Hinds\u00a0<\/strong>of the Condors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 45.22, Caeleb Dressel, Cali Condors<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>DC&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Zach Apple\u00a0<\/strong>scored a minor upset in the 100 free with a 45.94 taking down\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Kacper Majchrzak\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cali Condors. Apple already had the fastest time in the league this season in the 100 free, but this is the first time he has beaten Dressel head to head in the ISL. Apple&#8217;s best this season is a 45.74 and he has been clutch on relays for the Trident this season. His long course success the last few years reminds swimming fans that his performances in the ISL should not be that surprising.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 2:03.12, Suzuka Hasegawa, Tokyo Frog Kings<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hali Flickinger\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cali Condors got the first win of the day for the Birds with a 2:04.34 in the 200 fly, leading wire to wire. It was her first match-up with World champ\u00a0<strong>Boglarka Kapas<\/strong>\u00a0since the Hungarian upset her at the 2019 Worlds, as Kapas finished in fourth for the Breakers.\u00a0<strong>Svetlana Chimrova\u00a0<\/strong>finished in second for New York, holding off a hard charging\u00a0<strong>Katinka Hosszu\u00a0<\/strong>of Team Iron.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 1:48.77, Daiya Seto, Energy Standard<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Eddie Wang\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cali Condors blitzed the field with a 1:51.32 in the 200 fly, pulling away from the European rivals\u00a0<strong>Ramon Klenz\u00a0<\/strong>(Iron) and\u00a0<strong>Michal Poprawa\u00a0<\/strong>(Breakers). It was the first win for the Taiwanese swimmer in the ISL as he sits third in the ISL rankings this season and has been huge for the Condors in his first year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 54.89, Minna Atherton, London Roar<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Olivia Smoliga\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cali Condors swam a 56.23 in the 100 back to go 1-2 with\u00a0<strong>Beata Nelson<\/strong> as they will return later in the session with the backstroke Skins event. She took jackpot points from the bottom three swimmers as New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alicja Tchorz\u00a0<\/strong>finished in third to keep the Breakers in second place overall.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Back<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 49.50, Guilherme Guido, London Roar<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The DC Trident made their presence known with\u00a0<strong>Jacob Pebley\u00a0<\/strong>taking the 100 back at the wall with a 50.51 in a wild finish that saw Iron&#8217;s <strong>Guilherme Basseto\u00a0<\/strong>finishing in second and a three-way tie for third. DC&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mark Nikolaev<\/strong>, and Cali&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Radoslaw Kawecki\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Coleman Stewart\u00a0<\/strong>all touched the wall simultaneously.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 57.74, Sarah Sjostrom, Energy Standard<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Melanie Margalis\u00a0<\/strong>used a strong back half to take the 100 IM win with a 57.94 for the Cali Condors in a 1-3 finish with rookie\u00a0<strong>Meghan Small<\/strong>. Second place went to the Brit\u00a0<strong>Abbie Wood\u00a0<\/strong>of the Breakers who has had a very successful ISL season thus far. Margalis jackpotted the seventh and eighth place finishers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 IM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 51.36, Caeleb Dressel, Cali Condors<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>took down the first ISL record of the day with a 51.27 in the 100 IM as he proved why he is the top sprinter in the world. New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Michael Andrew\u00a0<\/strong>kept the team in second place with his runner-up finish with Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Marco Orsi\u00a0<\/strong>placing third, just ahead of Cali&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Marcin Cieslak<\/strong>. Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Veronika Andrusenko\u00a0<\/strong>finished in third to help keep the team close with the Breakers with ten events remaining.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 200 Free<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 1:41.58, Alexander Graham, London Roar<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Townley Haas\u00a0<\/strong>grabbed the win in the 200 free for the Condors with a 1:42.57, out-splitting Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Leonardo Santos\u00a0<\/strong>on the final 50. DC&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Zach Apple\u00a0<\/strong>seemingly negative split his swim as he charged home to finish in third place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 50 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 24.74, Ranomi Kromowidjojo, Team Iron<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ranomi Kromowidjojo\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Melanie Henique\u00a0<\/strong>swam a much needed 1-2 in the 50 fly with Kromowidjojo taking the win at 24.80, jackpotting eighth place as te Iron sit tied for second with the Breakers. New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Arina Surkova\u00a0<\/strong>finished in third but the pressure is now on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 50 Fly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 21.96, Szebasztian Szabo, Aqua Centurions<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicholas Santos\u00a0<\/strong>achieved six extra points in the 50 fly with a 22.30 out in lane one as he took down Cali&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Caeleb Dressel\u00a0<\/strong>and propelled Iron to second place in the standings. New York&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Joe Litchfield\u00a0<\/strong>placed third as sixth, seventh and eighth were jackpotted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 1:03.00, Lilly King, Cali Condors<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lilly King\u00a0<\/strong>of the Cali Condors remained unbeaten as she swam a 1:03.61 to go 1-2 with teammate\u00a0<strong>Molly Hannis<\/strong>. King was able to steal a point away from eighth place as her day is now over. Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ida Hulkko\u00a0<\/strong>finished in third to keep the momentum going for the Budapest-based team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Men&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><i>ISL record: 55.92, Adam Peaty, London Roar<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Iron&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Emre Sakci\u00a0<\/strong>held on the 100 breast with a 57.17 for the win ahead of New York&#8217;s <strong>Marco Koch<\/strong> as the momentum keeps going for the Iron who are comfortably in second place in the team standings. DC kept themselves alive with\u00a0<strong>Abrahm DeVine\u00a0<\/strong>placing third out in lane seven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Women&#8217;s SKINS Backstroke<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Olivia Smoliga\u00a0<\/strong>won each round of the Skins backstroke event as she led a 1-2 finish with\u00a0<strong>Beata Nelson<\/strong> of the Condors.
