NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Michigan has received a new verbal commitment for their Class of 2026 from Charlotte, N.C. native\u00a0Logan Zucker<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He will join Lucas Hodgson<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>of Riverside, Conn. in Ann Arbor in the fall of 2022.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m extremely excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and swim career at the university of Michigan! Thank you to all of my friends, family, and coaches who have helped me get to where I am today. Go blue!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Zucker does his club swimming with SwimMAC Carolina and was the runner-up in the 500 free at Cary Sectionals in March where he recorded four best times. He also placed 13th in the mile at Juniors East in December and finished third in that event at the Southern Premier Invitational in March 2019.<\/p>\n

In summer 2019, he recorded five top-8 finishes at North Carolina LCM Seniors before going on to place 13th in the 1500m free and 19th in the 400m IM at Junior Nationals.<\/p>\n
