It means they too will pick the stroke for the men&#8217;s skins races.<\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 4x100m Medley Relay<\/h3>\n<p>London Roar 2 enjoyed the most emphatic of wins in 3:50.27 to ensure they will pick the stroke for Monday&#8217;s skins. <strong>Kira Toussaint<\/strong> led them off in 56.5, handing over to <strong>Alia Atkinson<\/strong> (1:03.8) and <strong>Marie Wattel<\/strong> extending the lead on fly (56.8) with Marie Kameneva bringing them home. DC Trident were second.<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 400m Freestyle<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Zane Grothe<\/strong> snatched victory in the last 25 in 3:39.79\u00a0 following a second 200 of 1:50.3 for DC Trident. <strong>Mykhailo Romanchuk<\/strong> had appeared on course for the win but he had to be content with second with Aqua team-mate <strong>Luiz Altamir Melo<\/strong> third.<\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 400m Freestyle<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Valentine Dumont\u00a0<\/strong>negative split to win from lane eight in a new PB of 4:00.37 for Aqua Centurions.<strong> Veronika Andrusenko<\/strong> took second for Iron with <strong>Aimee Willmott<\/strong> of London Roar third.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Men&#8217;s 50m Backstroke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Christian Diener<\/strong> and <strong>Guilherme Guido<\/strong> took a one-two to secure 26pts for London Roar. Diener set a PB of 22.76 &#8211; a new national record &#8211; as he inflicted the first defeat on Guido in ISL with Iron&#8217;s <strong>Guilherme Basseto<\/strong> third.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Women&#8217;s 50m Backstroke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Linnea Mack<\/strong> executed a superb underwater to earn a surprise win for DC Trident ahead of Roar duo Kameneva and Toussaint.<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 4&#215;100 Freestyle Relay<\/h3>\n<p>Aqua Centurions enjoyed a dominant victory in 3:05.94 ahead of DC Trident and Iron with London Roar in fourth. It saw Roar&#8217;s lead cut by Iron with the London-based team winning 188 to 151.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Women&#8217;s 50 Breaststroke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Alia Atkinson<\/strong> led from start to finish to win for London Roar in 29.20. <strong>Ida Sulkko<\/strong> was second for Iron with Martina Carraro third for Aqua.<\/p>\n<p>London Roar 174pts<\/p>\n<p>Team Iron 131pts<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Centurions<\/p>\n<p>DC Trident 96pts<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Men&#8217;s 50 Breaststroke<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Emre Saki<\/strong> became the ninth-fastest man in history when the Iron swimmer touched for first in 25.74 ahead of Peaty in 26.06.<\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 200IM<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Sydney Pickrem<\/strong> touched first for London Roar with <strong>Bailey Andison<\/strong> springing a shock for DC Trident in second as she held off <strong>Katinka Hosszu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 200IM<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Philip Heintz<\/strong> took over going into the final leg and extended his lead to take the win for Aqua Centurions. Team-mate <strong>Gabriel Santos<\/strong> was second.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Women&#8217;s 50 Freestyle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ranomi Kromowidjojo <\/strong>(23.64) and Henique got an Iron one-two and put 28pts on the board as they took Aqua&#8217;s points. Kameneva got third for Roar who were already looking ominous.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Men&#8217;s 50 Freestyle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Maxim Lobanovszkij<\/strong> touched first for Iron ahead of Szabo and Zach Apple.<\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 4&#215;100 Freestyle<\/h3>\n<p>London Roar 2 led from gun to tape to win in 3:30.91 ahead of DC Trident, Team Iron and Aqua Centurions. The quartet of<strong> Marie Wattel, Siobhan O&#8217;Connor, Maria Kameneva<\/strong> and <strong>Anna Hopkin<\/strong> were dominant to pick up 18pts. London Roar forfeited their points in the jackpot.<\/p>\n<p>It means that London Roar are comfortably ahead at the first break with just six points separating the remaining three teams.<\/p>\n<p>London Roar 119pts<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Centurions 58pts<\/p>\n<p>DC Trident 57pts<\/p>\n<p>Team Iron 52pts<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 200 Breaststroke<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Kirill Prigoda<\/strong> led from start to finish to take the win in 2:04.60 with his London Roar team-mate <strong>Adam Peaty<\/strong> coming back in the final 50 to snatch second. <strong>Thomas Cope<\/strong> of DC Trident was third.<\/p>\n<h3>Women&#8217;s 200 Breaststroke<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Annie Lazor<\/strong> enjoyed an emphatic win for London Roar in 2:18.85 after overhauling <strong>Bethany Galat<\/strong> who led at halfway. The DC Trident swimmer took second with <strong>Sydney Pickrem<\/strong> third as Roar claimed 21pts with three swimmers forfeiting to Lazor.<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 200 Backstroke<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Christian Diener<\/strong> and <strong>Luke Greenbank<\/strong> earned 15pts for Roar as they came first and third, the former stopping the clock at 1:49.51. <strong>Jacob Pebley<\/strong> picked up seven points for Trident in second.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Women&#8217;s 200 Backstroke\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Amy Bilquist<\/strong> led from start to finish to touch first in 2:02.23 and claim maximum points for DC Trident with <strong>Kira Toussaint<\/strong> on the board for London Roar in second and <strong>Daria Zevina<\/strong> third for Iron. Trident and Roar both earned 12 points.<\/p>\n<h3>Men&#8217;s 100 Fly<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Szebasztian Szabo<\/strong> led home an Aqua Centurions one-two, winning in 49.93 ahead of <strong>Matteo Rivolta<\/strong> as the team earned 17pts.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Women&#8217;s 100 Fly<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Marie Wattel<\/strong> took the first win of the afternoon with a dominant victory in 54.65. <strong>Melanie Henique<\/strong> led at halfway but the London Roar swimmer overhauled her on the third 25 with <strong>Emilie Beckmann<\/strong> of Iron and <strong>Tain Bruce<\/strong> of Aqua second and third respectively.
