I can&#8217;t wait to be a part of the Trojan family!!#fighton&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>An extremely versatile swimmer who specializes in the IM events, McMillan trains year-round with KISU Swim Club and represents Team Canada internationally. AT the 7th FINA World Junior Championships in 2019, she finished eighth in the 200m back with a final time of 2:16.04 after posting a 2:15.85 during prelims.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan won the 200m IM, 400m IM, and Open Water at the Canadian Junior Championships in July 2019 where she also placed fourth in both the 100m and 200m breast. McMillan also was the 200 SCM IM champion and the 400 SCM IM runner-up at the Ontario Junior International meet in December.<\/p>\n<p>Even with just under two years still to go before join the NCAA, McMillan will make an immediate impact when she suits up for the Trojans at the start of the 2022-23 season. Her best times (converted to SCY) would&#8217;ve landed her in the A-final of the 200 IM and 400 IM as well as the C-final of the 100 fly, 100 breast, and 200 breast.<\/p>\n<p>McMillan will add her talents to a training group that&#8217;ll include current sophomore <strong>Nicole Pavlopoulou<\/strong>, junior <strong>Isabelle Odgers<\/strong>, and fellow countrymate <strong>Aela Janvier<\/strong>.
