I&#8217;m unbelievably excited to announce my decision to continue my swimming and academic careers at the University of Vermont. Thank you to my friends, family and coaches for all the support! Go Cats!!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">House swims year-round with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Badger Aquatic Club and placed 15th in the 500 free at the Wisconsin 13&amp;O State Championships in March. At the Holiday Splash in December, she finished fifth in the 200 fly and eight in the 200 back.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 free &#8211; 53.81<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 free &#8211; 1:56.78<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 free &#8211; 5:01.56<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also competing for Madison Memorial High School, House is a three-time Wisconsin DI State Championship finalist. UVM has excellent academics, a beautiful campus and a great coaching staff. The team has made me feel so welcome. I am so excited to call Burlington home! GO CATS!!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laney trains year-round with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metro Atlanta Aquatic Club and most recently earned six best times at Cary Sectionals in March after placing 19th in the 200 fly at Georgia Seniors in December. Last summer, she raced to 11th in the 50m fly and 15th in the 400m IM at Georgia LCM Seniors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 free &#8211; 1:54.90<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 free &#8211; 5:07.67<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 fly &#8211; 57.60<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 fly &#8211; 2:09.45<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 IM &#8211; 2:09.08<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 IM &#8211; 4:34.66<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Currently a senior at Decatur High School, Laney is a four-time Georgia 4A State Championship finalist.
