Rice\u2019s academic rigor and excellent swimming program led by coach Seth make it the perfect fit for me! Thank you to my parents, coaches, teachers, and friends who have always supported me! Also, I want to thank Rick Paine from ACC for guiding me throughout the process! I can\u2019t wait to be an owl!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primarily a breaststroker, Dalal most recently placed 16th in the 200 breast at the NCAP Invitational in December while representing Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 breast &#8211; 32.29<\/li>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:07.42<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:23.58<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>50m breast &#8211; 34.56<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>100m breast &#8211; 1:14.87<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>200m breast &#8211; 2:41.88<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>While competing for India internationally, Dalal finaled in three events at the Glenmark Junior National Championships in 2018. She also recorded three best times at the Glenmark Senior National Championships two years ago.<\/p>\n<p>She was awarded the best swimmer award at the India Senior National Championships in 2018. GO OWLS!! ????&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Hayon swims year-round with CCAT Swimming and most recently flew to eighth place in the 100 fly at Carlsbad Sectionals after taking seventh in that event at East LA Sectionals in December. Last summer, she earned three best times at Carlsbad Sectionals before going on to race at Mount Hood Futures.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 fly &#8211; 25.43<\/li>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 54.61<\/li>\n<li>200 fly &#8211; 2:10.95<\/li>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 23.78<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 52.30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a senior at Westlake High School, Hayon competed on her team&#8217;s 4&#215;100 free relay at the CIF State Championships as a sophomore.
