ROLL TIDE??&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A talented mid-distance freestyler, Hayes swims year-round with Cardinal Aquatics and owns the U.S. Open cut in the 200m free with three additional Junior National standards. He then went on to place seventh in the 200m free, 10th in the 400m free, and 15th in the 100m free at NCSAs.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 21.01<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 45.67<\/li>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:37.14<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:26.37<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Elizabethtown High School, Hayes is already a four-time Kentucky State Championship finalist.
