NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The College of William & Mary has received a new verbal commitment for their class of 2025 from in-state native\u00a0Kathryn Burr\u00a0<\/strong>of Crozet, Va.<\/p>\n

She will join\u00a0Cohasset, Nass. native\u00a0Leigh Spicer<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in Williamsburg at the start of the 2021-22 season.<\/p>\n

She told Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic careers at the College of William & Mary!! Thank you to my coaches, teammates, family, and friends for the endless love and support over the years. I can\u2019t wait to be part of such an incredible program! Roll Tribe!! ??”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Burr currently does her club swimming with Cavalier Aquatics and is a seven-time YMCA Nationals qualifier and raced four events at YMCA Nationals in April 2019. Last summer, she recorded four best times at YMCA LCM Nationals.<\/p>\n
