Thank you to my family, coaches, and teammates who made this all possible. Go Tritons!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primarily a middle distance freestyler, Kirton does his club swimming with De Anza Cupertino Aquatics and raced to 13th in the 200 free and 21st in the 500 free at Juniors West in December. Last summer, he finaled in four events at Santa Clarita Sectionals before going on to earn to best times at Junior Nationals.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:38.44<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:26.56<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 9:28.66<\/li>\n<li>200 back &#8211; 1:50.51<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Bellarmine Prep, Kirton placed sixth in the 500 free and 10th in the 200 free at the CIF State Championships in 2019. I want to thank all my family, friends, and coaches especially coach Tommy Cunningham and coach Marko Djordjevic. Go Tritons&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A strong freestyler and backstroker, Gilszmer swims year-round with Seattle Metropolitan Aquatic Club and finished fourth in the 200 back and seventh in the mile at Pacific Northwest Seniors in December. He also recorded seven best times at Pacific Northwest LCM Seniors last summer where his highest finish was a seventh-place showing in the 200m back.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:43.80<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:36.47<\/li>\n<li>100 back &#8211; 52.72<\/li>\n<li>200 back &#8211; 1:50.98<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A current senior at Kamiakin High School, Gilszmer is a six-time Washington 4A State Championship finalist.
