NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The Ohio State University has received a new verbal commitment for their growing class of 2025 from Scottsdale, Az. native Williams Bansberg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He will arrive in Columbus at the start of the 2021-22 season along with Tim Kalin<\/strong><\/a>, Grafton Parlette<\/strong><\/a>, Alex Quach<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Josh Bogniard<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Karl Helmuth<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Luke Paxton<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m so excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at The Ohio State University. Thank you to my coaches, family, and friends for getting me to this point! Go Bucks!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Bansberg swims year-round with Scottsdale Aquatic Club and achieved five best times at the Senior Intersquad Meet in August after earning silver in the 200 IM at the Arizona Senior Open in February. He placed 24th in the 400 IM at Juniors West in December and took tenth in the 200m breast at Arizona LCM Seniors last summer.<\/p>\n
