NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Greenwich, Conn. native\u00a0Nick Malchow\u00a0<\/strong>has given his verbal commitment* to the University of Pennsylvania beginning in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Luke Williams<\/strong><\/a>, Michael Foley<\/strong><\/a>, and\u00a0Aaron Rosen\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>as well as U.S. National Junior Teamer\u00a0Matthew Fallon<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Quakers\u2019 class of 2025.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“Very excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at the University of Pennsylvania! Go Quakers!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented sprinter, Malchow does his club swimming with Chelsea Piers Aquatic Club and earned three best times at the NCAP Invitational in December and raced four events at Ithaca Sectionals in March 2019. Last summer, he placed fourth in both the 50m and 100m free at ISCA TYR Summer Seniors.<\/p>\n
