NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Texas A&M University has landed a new in-state verbal commitment for the fall of 2021 from Joelle Reddin\u00a0<\/strong>of Frisco, Texas.<\/p>\n

She will join fellow Texas natives Meredith Brown<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Shannon Bagnal<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as well as Red River Aquatic Club teammates Brooke Fegley<\/strong><\/a> and\u00a0Sarah Holt<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in College Station as a member of the Aggies\u2019 class of 2025.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I am beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at Texas A&M. I want to thank my family, friends and all of my coaches that helped me reach this point. I can\u2019t wait to be a part of such an amazing program and an Aggie! #GigEm”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A talented butterflyer and IMer, Reddin does her club swimming with Texas Ford Aquatics and is a Junior National qualifier. She most recently finaled in six events at College Station Sectionals after placing 16th in the 400 IM at Juniors West in December. Last summer, she finished eighth in the 200m fly, 13th in the 200m IM, and 16th in the 400m IM at Des Moines Futures.<\/p>\n
