The\u00a0north\u00a0observation\u00a0deck\u00a0adds approximately 2,800 square feet of amenity space and includes new elevator and stair tower access, architectural GFRC cladding on the building, and decorative railings and lighting.\u00a0The $2,769,201\u00a0cost\u00a0will\u00a0be paid for with park impact fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Overall construction of the
