I&#8217;m so thankful to have been given this opportunity to swim and study at this amazing university. I would like to thank all my friends, family, teammates, and coaches for helping me get to where I am today. GO RAMS!!!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A talented distance freestyler and IMer, Chorpening swims year-round with Area Tallahassee Aquatic Club and most recently earned three best times at the Florida OT Qualifier and won the mile at the Gator Invite in December. Last summer, she finished 18th in the 1500m free at Greensboro Futures.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:53.35<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:57.25<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 10:05.43<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 16:57.38<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:30.36<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Lawton Chiles High School, Chorpening is a six-time Florida 3A State Championship finalist. GO RAMS!???&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Primarily a breaststroker and IMer, McClelland does her club swimming with Pikes Peak Athletics and registered four lifetime bests at the CARD Christmas Classic in December. She finaled in two events at Phoenix Sectionals in 2019 and raced five events at Colorado LCM Seniors last summer.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:03.46<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:20.28<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:06.71<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:30.08<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A rising senior at Lewis-Palmer High School, McClelland is a five-time Colorado 5A State Championship finalist.
