I\u2019d like to thank my family, coaches, teammates and friends for all the support. Big thanks goes out to Coach Ash Morris and of course to my future coaches, Coach McKeever &amp; Coach Korman for this great opportunity. Go Bears!!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A talented sprint freestyler and backstroker, Cogswell trains year-round with Hamilton Aquatics. She most recently earned four best times at the Middle East Open Championships in February and finaled in the 50m back at the Euro Meet in January.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last summer, she won gold in the 50m free, silver in the 100m back, and bronze in the 100m free at Spanish Summer Nationals. Cogswell also finished seventh in the 50m free and advanced to the semifinals of the 50, 100, and 200 back at the Spanish Spring Nationals in April 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In LCM, her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50m free &#8211; 26.16<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100m free &#8211; 57.25<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200m free &#8211; 2:07.85<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50m back &#8211; 29.76<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100m back &#8211; 1:04.77<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In SCY, those times convert to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 free &#8211; 23.10<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 free &#8211; 50.67<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 free &#8211; 1:52.36<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 back &#8211; 25:30<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 back &#8211; 55.98<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cogswell will add valuable depth both individually and on relays when she suits up for the Golden Bears in the fall of 2021.
