NEW COMMIT: <\/strong>The University of Kentucky has scored a new verbal commitment for the 2021-22 season and beyond from\u00a0Kaelan Daly<\/strong>\u00a0of Hatfield, Pa.<\/p>\n

She will join Maddie Welborn<\/strong><\/a>, Megan Ciezczak<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Annie Galvin<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Emma Hermeston<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Sydney Stricklin<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Madeline Wenig<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Wildcats\u2019 class of 2025.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am so excited to announce my commitment to study and swim at the University of Kentucky. Thank you to all of my family, friends, and coaches, whose support has helped me get here. I can’t wait to be a part of BBN and such an incredible team. GO CATS!!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A versatile swimmer, Daly does her club swimming with North Penn Aquatic Club and placed ninth in the 200 IM and 10th in the 50 free at Middle SCY Atlantic Seniors in 2019. Last summer, she earned a pair of best times at Middle Atlantic LCM Seniors where her highest finish was a 14th-place showing in the 100m free.<\/p>\n
