Thank you so much to my amazing coaches, family, team, and friends who supported me every step of the way; I couldn\u2019t have gotten here without them! Go Mocs!&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kennedy is a distance freestyler who swims year-round with Nation&#8217;s Capital Swim Club and most recently had a pair of top-20 finishes at Potomac Valley Seniors. She earned two best times at the NCAP Invitational in December and collected silver in the 800m free at the PVS LCM Championships last summer.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:59.29<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 5:11.40<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 10:44.46<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 17:47.99<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Also competing for Stone Bridge High School where she is a team captain, Kennedy is a three-time Virginia 5A State Championship finalist. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 with a degree in Public Communication and a double minor in Coaching and Sports Management.
