In 2018, she finaled in two events at Nationals and won the 200m breast and 200m IM at NCSAs.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cI went on official visits to five schools,\u201d Lynch told Greenwich Time. \u201cI can honestly say I loved every one of my visits. The coaches, campuses and swimmers were great on every visit and I could see myself at any of them, but Stanford stood out in so many ways.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A rising senior at Greenwich High School, Lynch is the Connecticut <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/meghan-lynch-sets-200-im-state-record-cheshire-dethrones-greenwich-at-connecticut-girls-open\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">state record-holder<\/a> in the 200 IM. She won the 200 IM and was the 100 breast runner-up as a junior.\u00a0 The NISCA and USA Swimming Scholastic All-American also won the 100 breast and 200 IM during both her freshman and sophomore seasons.<\/p>\n<p>When she arrives on The Farm at the start of the 2021-22 season, Lynch will be joining a program that knows how to produce great breaststroke and IM talent.
