NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>St. Charles, Ill. native\u00a0Calvin Windle\u00a0<\/strong>has announced his verbal commitment to the University of Missouri and will arrive on campus in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n

He will join Grant Bochenski<\/strong>,\u00a0Ethan Roach<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Ty Spillane<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Cade Oliver<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the Tigers\u2019 class of 2025.<\/p>\n

He told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I am very proud to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic careers at the University of Missouri. I am very thankful for my family, friends and coaches who have supported me throughout the process. Go Tigers!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Windle does his club swimming with St. Charles Swim Team and owns the U.S. Open cut in the 100m back with the Junior National standards in the 200\/500 free. He most recently won the 500 free at Illinois Seniors and earned eight best times at NCSAs in 2019. Last summer, he raced to 12th in the 100m back at Minneapolis Sectionals where he achieved five lifetime bests.<\/p>\n
