NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Tavistock, Great Britain native Macy Lawrence\u00a0<\/strong>has announced her verbal commitment to the University of Arkansas and will arrive in Fayetteville in the fall of 2021.<\/p>\n

She will join B<\/a><\/strong>ecca Simpson <\/strong><\/a>in the Razorback’s class of 2025.<\/p>\n

Lawrence most recently competed Camille Muffat International meet in February where she raced to 15th in the 50m free. At the Swim England Winter Championships in December, she earned 100% best times and finaled in three events. She also finaled in the 50m free at the British Swimming Championships in April 2019.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I’m very excited to announce my commitment to Arkansas. I chose Arkansas so that I could work with Neil Harper, to progress my swimming career under his guidance.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
