The sessions will be facilitated by <strong>James Leath<\/strong>, founder of Unleash the Athlete, and will include discussions on leadership, including navigating change, setting and adapting goals, mental resiliency and character development. Athletes will also attend a virtual panel discussion with current and former National Team athletes, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/meet-the-team\/national-team-bios?personid=8F37D023-8EE5-42A5-948B-789020722C2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Kelsi Dahlia<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0<strong>Justin Wright<\/strong>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/meet-the-team\/national-team-bios?personid=380f001e-444d-4822-b797-a57cc170b0b2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Hannah Moore<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Sean Ryan<\/strong> and <strong>Tom Luchsinger<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>USA Swimming is proud to recognize the athletes named to this year\u2019s Zone Select Camps.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Zone Select Camp Rosters:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-zone-select-camp-roster-central-age-group-2020-05-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Central Zone<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-zone-select-camp-roster-southern-age-group-2020-05-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Southern Zone<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-zone-select-camp-roster-western-age-group-2020-05-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Western Zone<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-zone-select-camp-roster-eastern-age-group-2020-05-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eastern Zone<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-zone-select-camp-roster-coaches-age-group-2020-05-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Camp staff<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In each of the four Zones, 28 male and 28 female athletes have been selected. Selected girls must be age 12-13 at the time of performance and selected boys must be age 13-14 at the time of performance.<\/p>\n<p>Fourteen athletes of each gender were selected for Zone Select Camp based on 2019 Long Course Meters (LCM) IMX point scores according to the following: Seven girls age 12 and seven boys age 13, and seven girls age 13 and seven boys age 14.<\/p>\n<p>The fastest swimmer in each Zone in each Long Course Meters (LCM) Olympic event (including the 800 and 1500 free for both genders) is also invited for a total of 14 additional boys and 14 additional girls.
