I was completely infuriated that I couldn\u2019t do what I wanted to do and I wasn\u2019t in control of my own body. This has put me in a really bad place in the past.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ve had to work very hard on accepting certain things about my UC and learning to love my body despite its flaws.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ll be honest I\u2019m not quite there yet but I\u2019m still working very hard on it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To anyone else struggling with UC, it\u2019s okay not to be okay.
