A native of Durban, South Africa, Dannhauser did not compete for the Tigers this past season, but swam at the 2019 NCAAs as a sophomore in both the 500 and 1650, finishing as high as 25th in the 1650. Bick<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Dannhauser, primarily a distance freestyler, will be a big addition to the Badgers next season as they <a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2020-ncaa-division-i-mens-invited-swimmers-ncaa-college-2020-03-25.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">qualified four individuals to NCAAs<\/a> this season before the meet was cancelled. Only one of the four was a senior so Dannhauser will fill that void if he can again qualify for the meet in 2021 for the third time.
