In 2019 Sandeno, Gallagher and Trident broke new ground by debuting the first 100% female coaching staff for an all-gendered pro sports team. Says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaitlinsandeno.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sandeno<\/a>, &#8220;I&#8217;m thrilled to host my first ever podcast, especially for the only global podcast network for women&#8217;s sports. It\u2019s been inspiring to use the time some of us now have to not only try something new, but to also celebrate inspiring women in our sport.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>New episodes will air every other Monday with upcoming guests including reigning NCAA Swimmer of the Year <strong>Beata Nelson<\/strong>, NCAA Champion <strong>Amy Bilquist<\/strong>, Olympic icon <strong>Amanda Beard<\/strong>, and University of Florida and now ISL Cali Condors\u2019 stand-out <strong>Natalie Hinds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chris Stafford<\/strong>, President WiSP Sports added, \u201cWe are delighted to welcome Kaitlin as host of \u2018Behind the Blocks,\u2019 a new podcast series where she will be chatting with her own selection of guests from swimmers to coaches.
