He had a trio of top-8 finishes at Arizona Seniors last month and earned 100% lifetime bests at Phoenix Sectionals last spring. Last summer, he finaled in four events at Arizona LCM Seniors.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>&#8220;I&#8217;m excited to announce my commitment to swim at Arizona State University. Thank you to Coach Behm and Coach Bowman for this great opportunity. ASU has the top tier engineering and swim programs to further my academic and athletic goals. Forks up!!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A current junior at Campo Verde High School, Graunke is a four-time Arizona DII State Championship finalist and two-time Arizona Meet of Champions finalist. In December, he grabbed bronze in the 200m fly and raced to fifth in the 200m back at the Irish SCM Championships and earned 100% best times at Swim England Winter Nationals.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #c4c404;\"><strong>&#8220;I am excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and swimming career at Arizona State University. The opportunity to work with Bob Bowman and the Sun Devils team in world class facilities so that I can pursue my swimming goals is a once in a lifetime opportunity. ASU also offers me the chance to further my studies at a business school. Thank you to the coaching team at ASU for inviting me to join this incredible program. He most recently earned silver in the 100 free at the Wisconsin 13&amp;O Championships and finaled in the 50m free at the Toyota U.S. Open. Last summer, he earned two best times at the Wisconsin LCM Championships and placed 12th in the 50m free at Junior Nationals.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>&#8220;All of this still feels like a dream. When I first came back to this sport I never would have thought I would be where I am today. With that said, I would like to announce that I am committing to Arizona State University.
