The Wolverines are expected to score a lot of points in the 1650 so they should not be worried about their lead dwindling tonight.<\/p>\n<p>The full ups, mids, downs report is below. He is seeded ahead of 100 champ\u00a0<strong>Max McHugh\u00a0<\/strong>of Minnesota (1:52.44). Both guys made the A-Final at last year&#8217;s NCAA with McHugh getting second and DeLakis getting sixth.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tommy Cope\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.55) should also factor into the medals tonight as he is the third seed for the Wolverines. Northwestern freshman\u00a0<strong>Federico Burdisso<\/strong>, who was fourth at the World Championships while representing Italy, is the top seed at 1:42.45, but he will be surrounded by Indiana freshman\u00a0<strong>Brendan Burns\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.47) and Michigan senior\u00a0<strong>Miles Smachlo\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.55), who were not far behind him.<\/p>\n<p>Burns was second in the 100 back and third in the 100 fly while Smachlo won last night&#8217;s 100 fly final.
