Tonight is loaded with individual events including the 100 Butterfly, 400 IM, 200 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke, 100 Backstroke and the 400 Medley Relay.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/getsomemaction.com\/tournaments\/?id=128&amp;path=wswim\">Live Results<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/mac-championships-day-three-day-3\/ncaa-college\/2020\/February\/26?rtn=%2Fresults%2Fncaa-college\">Day 3 Results<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>MAC Women\u2019s Swimming Championships: 100 Butterfly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Paulina Nogaj<\/strong> (52.42) of Akron fought for the win in the 100 Butterfly. She touched first by 0.51 seconds over her teammate <strong>Sarah Watson<\/strong> (52.93). Watson went out very hard, touching in 24.49 at the 50-yard mark. But Nogaj came back strong to overtake her teammate for the win, splitting 27.65 on the back end to Watson\u2019s 28.44. Their race, 4 times the length of the 100 Fly, came down to a very tight margin of .05 seconds between first and second. Taking third was<strong> Jessica Bonezzi<\/strong> from Akron in 4:16.83. Ohio University spoiled Akron\u2019s chance at 3-4 as <strong>Sam Glass<\/strong> (4:18.48) and <strong>Katie Garrity<\/strong> (4:19.26) went 4-5 for them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" Swimming Championships: 200 Freestyle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Camila Lins de Mello<\/strong> from Miami University, Ohio, buried the field tonight in the 200 Freestyle with a time of 1:45.96. She blew away the field by almost two seconds with second place going to <strong>Izzy Jones<\/strong> (1:47.72). <strong>Emma Fortman<\/strong> from Ohio University almost caught Jones by swimming a Not far behind, <strong>Katie Pollock<\/strong> from Buffalo took second in 1:00.78. Pollock led at the 50-yard mark, going out hard in 28.43, but Garcia overtook her, coming home strong in 31.53 over Pollock\u2019s 32.35.
