Michigan won the 500 freestyle with senior <strong>Felix<\/strong> <strong>Aub\u00f6ck\u00a0<\/strong>completing his four year sweep of the event as he led a 1-2-3 sweep for the Wolverines. Michigan also got a win from diver\u00a0<strong>Ross Todd\u00a0<\/strong>in the 1m as he won the first diving conference title for the Wolverines since 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana won two events in their home pool with\u00a0<strong>Bruno Blaskovic\u00a0<\/strong>taking the 50 freestyle and he also anchored the victorious 400 medley relay.\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Fantoni<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Zane Backes<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Brendan Burns\u00a0<\/strong>swam the first three legs for the Hoosiers.<\/p>\n<p>Ohio State is currently in second place behind Michigan as they got a big win from\u00a0<strong>Andrew Loy\u00a0<\/strong>in the 200 IM as he won the first 200 IM conference title for the Buckeyes since\u00a0<strong>Lyndon B. Aub\u00f6ck is the first man to win four Big Ten titles in the 500 free since Michigan&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Peter Vanderkaay\u00a0<\/strong>won from 2003 &#8211; 2006. Aub\u00f6ck led a 1-2-3 sweep for the Wolverines with sophomore\u00a0<strong>Patrick Callan\u00a0<\/strong>(4:11.79) in second and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/confident-ricardo-vargas-chasing-a-second-olympic-berth\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ricardo Vargas<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(4:11.80) in third.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan picked up a boat-load of points as junior\u00a0<strong>William Roberts\u00a0<\/strong>finished in eighth at 4:24.23.<\/p>\n<p>Wisconsin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cameron Tysoe\u00a0<\/strong>(4:17.36) finished in fourth as the highest non-Michigan finisher. Ohio State stole the show from their arch rival Michigan, who had four swimmers in the A-Final and was expected to take over this event like they did in the 500.<\/p>\n<p>Loy won Ohio State&#8217;s first 200 IM Big Ten title since 1966 when\u00a0<strong>Bob Hopper\u00a0<\/strong>won back to back titles.<\/p>\n<p>Senior\u00a0<strong>Tommy Cope\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.77) was in the lead at the 150 for the Wolverines but could not hold on during the freestyle leg, settling for third place. The Hoosiers have also won the last two medley relay NCAA titles and only Fantoni returns from last year&#8217;s group that won. That goes to show the depth Indiana possesses.<\/p>\n<p>Ohio State finished in second at 3:05.07 with\u00a0<strong>Jonah Cooper\u00a0<\/strong>(46.56),\u00a0<strong>Jason Mathews\u00a0<\/strong>(51.92),\u00a0<strong>Noah Lense\u00a0<\/strong>(45.24) and\u00a0<strong>Andrew Loy\u00a0<\/strong>(41.35) as the Buckeyes finished ahead of Michigan (3:05.83) and Minnesota (3:07.19).<\/p>\n<p>The top splits outside the top two came from Wisconsin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Matthew Novinski\u00a0<\/strong>(46.62), Minnesota&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Max
