Top seed Blaise Vera<\/strong> isn\u2019t far back at 19.32, tied for third, with Mihalis Deliyiannis<\/strong> in second.<\/p>\nBut ties abound at the ACC Men’s Championships \u2013 Vera and Virginia Tech\u2019s Thomas Hallock<\/strong> for third, plus ties for sixth, ninth and 17th. It took a 20.00 from Charles Gingrich<\/strong> of Duke to get the 24th and final seed in the evening.<\/p>\nTeam-wise, Florida State filled finals with seven swimmers. But only Peter Varjasi<\/strong> (tied for sixth in 19.52) made the A final.
