It\u2019s a lot of belief, a lot of faith and a heck of a lot of hard work.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Big Ten Women\u2019s Championships: 1650 Freestyle<\/h3>\n<p>Ohio State senior <strong>Molly Kowal<\/strong> won the 1650 free to open the session, earning the Big Ten meet record in 15:43.17.<\/p>\n<p>Michigan\u2019s <strong>Sierra Schmidt<\/strong> was second in 15:48.53, ahead of teammate <strong>Kaitlynn Simms<\/strong> (15:49.83). The top three were NCAA automatic cuts.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana\u2019s <strong>Cassy Jernberg<\/strong> was fourth in 15:59.33, followed by teammate <strong>Maggie Wallace<\/strong> (16:09.73), Ohio State\u2019s <strong>Veronica Tafuto<\/strong> (16:13.75), Wisconsin\u2019s <strong>Madison Waechter<\/strong> (16:14.78) and Nebraska\u2019s <strong>Audrey<\/strong> <strong>Coffey<\/strong>
