Oakland University’s Emily Aycock<\/strong> took home the victory in the 1650 freestyle, winning in a time of 16:53.37. Finishing in second place was IUPUI’s Meagan Ronci<\/strong>, who touched the wall at 17:01.41. Oakland’s Sonya Zubenko<\/strong> took third place in a time of 17:04.27. Cleveland’s Lexie Kostelnik<\/strong> finished in fourth place (17:06.11), followed by Ashton Amerman<\/strong> of UIC (17:12.39), and Maggie Held<\/strong> of Oakland (17:18.04). Rachel Contich<\/strong> (17:20.53) of Cleveland and Josie Preski<\/strong> (17:28.64) of Youngstown rounded out the top eight swimmers.<\/p>\n

Green Bay’s Xabier Carneiro Viqueria<\/strong> finished fourth with a time of 15:46.26, Oakland’s Andrew Bernsdorf<\/strong> finished fifth (15:51.55), Milwaukee’s Jack Garcia<\/strong> finished sixth (15:56.28). Green Bay’s Daniel Frederick<\/strong> finished seventh (15:57.43), and Nicholas Dibley<\/strong> of IUPUI finished eighth (16:00.81).<\/p>\n

Milwaukee’s Giulia Guerra Montes<\/strong> took fourth place (2:02.03), while Rachel Boodt<\/strong> of Oakland finished close behind for fifth (2:02.23). Agnes Bahr<\/strong> of Cleveland finished in sixth position (2:02.89), while her teammate Sule Van Der Merwe<\/strong> took seventh place (2:04.17) and Eline Van den Bossche<\/strong> of IUPUI finished eighth (2:04.64).<\/p>\n

Cleveland’s Timmy Kubacki<\/strong> took fourth place at 1:45.06, IUPUI’s Nick Hanas<\/strong> came fifth at 1:46.00, UIC’s Daniel Sivak<\/strong> came sixth at 1:46.12. Oakland’s Will Barton<\/strong> finished in seventh (1:47.70) and Jason Harary<\/strong> of IUPUI finished in eighth place (1:49.95).<\/p>\n

Gabriella Marinelli<\/strong> of Cleveland State finished in fourth place in a time of 51.13, with Oakland’s Karlee Marsh<\/strong> close behind for fifth (51.23). UIC’s Poleena Kovalaske<\/strong> finished sixth in a time of 51.57, while Cleveland’s Irena Weclawiak<\/strong> came seventh at 51.79. Casey Prentice<\/strong> of Youngstown rounded out the championship final at 52.34.<\/p>\n

Oakland dominated this event, with the top four spots of the podium all Grizzlies. Taylor Bailey<\/strong> finished second in 1:13.59, Kiera Brough<\/strong> took third place in 2:16.12, and Erin Donagan<\/strong> finished in fourth at 2:17.88. Finishing in fifth place was Cleveland’s Libby Smith<\/strong> in a time of 2:19.90. Sixth place went to Tiphaine Saint Gilles<\/strong> of Youngstown at 2:21.11, while Cleveland’s Alana Cartwright<\/strong> came seventh (2:21.19). Rounding out the top eight was IUPUI’s Aubrey Wing<\/strong> (2:21.46).<\/p>\n

Oakland teammates Michael VanCoppenolle<\/strong> (2:00.87) and Tarek Aboelenin<\/strong> (2:01.51) finished fourth and fifth respectively. IUPUI’s Sam Hahs<\/strong> (2:01.68), Cleveland’s Tyler Stevenson<\/strong> (2:03.76), Green Bay’s Garrett Spencer<\/strong> (2:06.10) rounded out the championship final.<\/p>\n

IUPUI’s Maureen Lingle<\/strong> took fourth place (2:04.77) and Green Bay’s Kate Vanderhoef<\/strong> (2:04.85) finished fifth. Mady Cislo<\/strong> of Oakland (2:05.22) came sixth, meanwhile Stephanie Sipple<\/strong> of Cleveland came seventh (2:05.80) and Allison Walker<\/strong> of IUPUI finished eighth (2:06.09).<\/p>\n

Andrew Lewarchick<\/strong> of UIC finished in fifth place with a score of 304.80.<\/p>\n
