This past summer, he recorded a pair of best times at Far Westerns and had three top-15 finishes at Arena Western Zones. Also competing for Campolindo High School, Vollmar raced the 200 free at the CIF State Championships during his junior season.<\/p>\n<p>He told\u00a0<em>Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>&#8220;I&#8217;m honored to announce my commitment to swim at UOP! The combination of a great academic fit, amazing coaches and teammates, and terrific facilities is what made Pacific the clear choice for me. Thank you so much to Coach Katelyne and Coach Taylor for helping me through this process, and to my family, Orinda Aquatics coaches, and teammates for helping me become the athlete I am now. I&#8217;m thrilled for the next 4 years, GO TIGERS!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 21.95<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 46.45<\/li>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 57.84<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 1:53.50<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vollmar will add valuable depth to the Tigers&#8217; lineup in a number of different events when he arrives on campus as a member of the class of 2024.
