43 years of excellence! Headed by three-time Olympic and Texas head men\u2019s coach Eddie Reese<\/strong>, 2019 World University Games and head women\u2019s coach Carol Capitani<\/strong>, associate head women\u2019s coach Roric Fink<\/strong> and 2018 Team USA Pan Pac\u00a0and assistant men\u2019s coach Wyatt Collins<\/strong>, the Longhorns Swim Camp is the most exciting camp in the country! \u00a0Guest coaches and speakers include Olympians and National Team members Ian Crocker<\/strong>, Josh Davis<\/strong>, Colleen Lanne\u2019-Cox<\/strong>, Garrett Weber-Gale<\/strong>,\u00a0Townley Haas<\/strong>, Whitney Hedgepeth<\/strong>, Will Licon<\/strong>, Madisyn Cox<\/strong>, and Jimmy Feigen<\/strong>. \u00a0 Open to male and female competitive swimmers, ages 8 to 18.<\/p>\n

Camp is held at the Jamail Texas Swimming Center on the University of Texas at Austin campus, home to 23\u00a0NCAA team champions.\u00a0 Facility includes a 50-meter by 25-yard pool, and 25-yard by 25-meter pool.\u00a0 Four training groups based on age and ability, with a 1:7 coach\/swimmer ratio in technique sessions.<\/p>\n

Daily training includes challenging long-course sessions Monday-Friday mornings; technique sessions Monday – Thursday afternoons and evenings, with start\/turn work included.\u00a0 Classroom sessions on technique and race strategies held. Underwater video of each camper analyzed by a coach. \u00a0Daily social activities and field trips offered.\u00a0 Multiple-week stays include planned weekend activities with supervision.\u00a0 Experienced, mature, adult staff provide 24-hour supervision.<\/p>\n
