NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of South Carolina has scored their first verbal commitment for the fall of 2021 from in-state standout Makenzy Mills\u00a0<\/strong>of Lancaster, S.C.<\/p>\n

Mills, who owns the Winter Juniors cut in the 100 fly, does her club swimming with Upper Palmetto YMCA Stingrays and recently earned two best times at Juniors East. This past summer, she registered four top-12 finishes at South Carolina LCM Seniors and raced four events at YMCA Nationals last April.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m SO very excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at The University of South Carolina!
