class=\"western\">Scottsdale Aquatics&#8217; <strong>Ashley Strouse<\/strong> put the stamp on her stellar Winter Junior Championships West by winning the 1650 free in convincing fashion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Strouse, a 17-year-old, won the mile in 16:14.84 to best the rest of the field by five seconds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Riverside&#8217;s <strong>Liberty Williams<\/strong> finished second in 16:21.09 ahead of Foothills Swim Team&#8217;s <strong>Kathryn Shanley<\/strong> (16:24.16).<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Austin Trinity&#8217;s <strong>Jillian Cox<\/strong>, 14, finished fourth in 16:24.28, ahead of Blue Tide&#8217;s <strong>Kylee Grafmiller<\/strong> (16:28.47), Cypress Fairbank&#8217;s <strong>Hayden Miller<\/strong> (16:33.56), Iowa Flyers&#8217;
