NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Tennessee has landed a big recruit for the class of 2024 from Mona McSharry<\/strong>, a native of Dublin, Ireland.<\/p>\n

McSharry is a member of the Irish Swimming Federation and currently owns the LCM National records in the 50m\/100m\/200m breast, the 50m fly, and as a member of the three relays. In SCM, she holds the Irish records in the 50m\/100m free, 50m\/100m breast, 100m IM, and the 4x100m mixed medley relay. She most recently won the 50m breast, 100m breast, and 50m fly at Irish Summer Nationals in July and won all six of her events at Irish Nationals in December.\u00a0McSharry earned gold in the 100m breast at the 6th FINA World Junior Championships in 2017 after racing that event at the FINA World Championships in Budapest that same year.<\/p>\n
