NEW COMMIT: <\/strong>Queensbury, N.Y. native Theodore “TJ”<\/strong> Bearor<\/strong> has announced his verbal commitment to Towson University and will arrive on campus at the start of the 2020-21 season.<\/p>\n

Bearor does his club swimming with Clifton Park-Halfmoon Piranhas and capped off his long course season by racing three events at Geneva Futures this past summer. Last winter he earned one gold, three silvers, and two bronzes at the Adirondack SCY Championships before going on to record five best times at Buffalo Speedo Sectionals. Also competing for Queensbury Senior High School, he placed 23rd in the 100 free at the New York Federation Championships during his junior season.<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m beyond excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at Towson University. As soon as I stepped on campus and met the coaching staff and team I knew this was the place for me. With a talented group of athletes and top of the line coaching I felt as though I could grow as a person and excel in the classroom as well as see great time drops. I want to thank my family, friends, and coaches for helping me get to this point and I\u2019m stoked for the next four! Go Tigs!”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
