NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Davidson University has secured a verbal commitment for the 2020-21 season and beyond from Sterling, Va. native\u00a0Chale Jacks<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A talented freestyler and butterflyer, Jacks swims year-round with Nation’s Capital Swim Club and recorded a pair of best times at NCSAs in March. Last winter, she finaled in the 200 fly at the Tom Dolan Invitational before going on to finish sixth in the 100 fly and 16th in the 50 free at the Potomac Valley SCY Championships.<\/p>\n

Also competing for Potomac Falls High School, Jacks is a six-time Virginia 5A State Championship finalist. She finished seventh in the 50 free and 10th in the 100 free as a junior after racing to 12th in the 200 free and 15th in the 100 fly during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
