She finished fifth in the 100m free and 17th in the 50m free this past summer at Junior Nationals. Last winer, she recorded 100% best times at Juniors West where her highest finish was a sixth-place showing in the 50 free before going on to register three top-12 finishes at Carlsbad Sectionals.<\/p>\n<p>Also competing for Crean Lutheran High School, Brenner is a six-time CIF State Championship finalist. The NISCA and USA Swimming Scholastic All-American earned bronze in both the 50 free and 100 free as a junior after placing seventh and 10th, respectively, in those events during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n<p>She told\u00a0<em>Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ad0c0c;\"><strong>&#8220;I am beyond excited to announce my acceptance via likely letter to attend Harvard University! I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing team while attending my dream school. All of my friends, family, coaches, and teachers have been beyond supportive in this entire process and I could not be more thankful to have them all in my life and by my side. Go Crim!&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 22.82<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 49.82<\/li>\n<li>200 free &#8211; 1:50.43<\/li>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 54.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Brenner will make an immediate impact both individually and on relays when she suits up for Harvard as a member of the clas of 2024.
