Japanese World Champion\u00a0Daiya Seto\u00a0<\/strong>announced via Instagram that he was signing with the Energy Standard team of the International Swimming League. Seto is the first Asian man to sign with an ISL team as Hong Kong’s\u00a0Siobhan Haughey\u00a0<\/strong>was the only woman to be on a team.<\/p>\n
