Just this past summer, he qualified for the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru and the FINA World Junior Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Thanks to swimming, Pragnell is on his way to becoming a world traveler!<\/p>\n<p>His parents, Marlon and Peili, say, \u201cHe\u2019s steadily maturing into a responsible and empathetic young adult.
