NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The Woodlands, Texas native\u00a0Ainsley Everett\u00a0<\/strong>has announced her verbal commitment to the University of Richmond and will join the Spiders at the start of the 2020-21 season.<\/p>\n

A versatile swimmer, Everett does her club swimming with The Woodlands Swim Team under coach Erik Wiken<\/strong>\u00a0and most recently earned gold in the 200m fly and silver in both the 100m fly and 400m IM at Southern Zone Seniors. Last winter, she raced three events at Juniors West and earned five best times at College Station Speedo Sectionals.<\/p>\n

Also competing for The Woodlands High School, Everett is a three-time Texas UIL 6A State Championship finalist. She placed ninth in the 100 fly and 10th in the 200 IM as a junior after finishing 12th in the latter during her sophomore season.<\/p>\n
