Not surprisingly, the Bearacudas dominated again this year.<\/p>\n<p>Coach Polly Linden\u2019s ladies scored 168 points, nearly 50 points ahead of Santa Margarita, Calif. (118.5). Carmel, Ind.\u2014fifth last year and national champs the previous five years\u2014finished third overall and first among public schools with 113 points.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt for sure has sunk in (how special this group is),\u201d Linden told Swimming World. \u201cAfter last year, we graduated one of our top seniors, and I knew we would have this kind of year. I knew they had a chance to do great things.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt our region meet, we won every single swimming event, so at state, we were pretty close to winning each event.
