Demand for tickets for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team Trials \u2013 Swimming in Omaha are on a record pace, with lower bowl tickets in the CHI Health Center Omaha sold out for the June 21-28, 2020, event.<\/p>\n

Organizers announced today the release of four-day ticket packages, which will go on sale August 23 at 10 a.m. CDT. These new packages will offer the public a chance to purchase tickets for the first four days or the final four days of the Olympic Trials \u2013 the sole qualifier for pool swimmers on the 2020 U.S. Olympic Team. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Packages, which include the opening four days from Sunday, June 21, through Wednesday, June 24, or the final four days from Thursday, June 25, through Sunday, June 28, range from $220 to $275 and include the morning preliminary competition and evening finals. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

Josh Todd<\/strong>, president of the Omaha Sports Commission, said the strong ticket sales demonstrates interest from people around the country to see one of the nation\u2019s top sporting events next summer in Omaha. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

\u201cSales of all session ticket packages have exceeded expectations and we are on a pace to sell out all eight days of the Olympic Swim Trials next June,\u201d Todd said. \u201cFans are clearly excited to see America\u2019s top swimmers, such as Katie Ledecky, Caeleb Dressel, Nathan Adrian<\/strong> and Simone Manuel<\/strong> in their final competition on home soil and people wanting good seats should purchase their tickets soon.\u201d <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

<\/a>USA Swimming officials also announced that 1,076 swimmers have already qualified for the Trials and anticipate between 1,400 and 1,500 swimmers could eventually qualify to swim in Omaha. <\/u><\/u><\/p>\n

USA Swimming Chief Operating Officer Mike Unger<\/strong> added: \u201cThe best of the best from across the country have their sights set on Omaha and positions on the U.S. Olympic Team will be on the line every day. The new four-day packages offer a tremendous way to experience what will no doubt be an incredibly memorable event.\u201d<\/u><\/u><\/p>\n
