That was her title title in two days at this meet.<\/p>\n<p>Sjostrom won the 100 fly in 56.45, just .03 off her season-best of 56.42 from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/2019-fina-champions-series-indianapolis-day-1-live-recap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2019 FINA Champions Series in Indianapolis<\/a>from May. She split 26.38\/30.03 to put up her fifth time under 57 seconds this year.\u00a0<strong>Emma McKeon\u00a0<\/strong>is the only other woman in the world to break 57 seconds so far this year with her 56.85 from the 2019 Australian World Championship Trials.<\/p>\n<p>With Sjostrom producing so consistent in this event it is hard to imagine anyone putting up a serious challenge for her fourth-straight World Championship title in the 100 fly.
