Mexico\u2019s Regina Caracas Ramirez<\/strong> took the top spot so far with one timed final remaining during the finals session.<\/p>\nCaracas Ramirez finished in 17:02:06 to hold off the other three in her heat.<\/p>\n

The United States took the top two spots in the women\u2019s 200 IM during prelims, followed by two from Canada.<\/p>\n

Will Licon<\/strong> continued his strong meet by taking the top seed in the 200 IM.
