This meet is showcasing some of the best young talent in the United States, although a lot of the best 18 and under swimmers have stayed home to prepare for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/usa-swimming-announces-world-junior-championships-roster-headlined-by-urlando-foster-gretchen-walsh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">World Junior Championships<\/a> at the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>Heat sheets are available below.<\/p>\n<p>Although a lot of the swimmers aren&#8217;t going to World Juniors, a lot of champions from the 2018 Juniors ended up making the World Juniors a year later including\u00a0<strong>Erin Gemmell<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jake Magahey\u00a0<\/strong>and <strong>Anna Keating<\/strong>\u00a0so this meet could be a stepping stone for future talent.<\/p>\n<p>Finals will start at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/results\/pdf\/2019-speedo-junior-nationals-day-four-finals-heat-sheets-day-4-usa-age-group-2019-08-09.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">HEAT SHEETS<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">LIVE STREAM<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Justina Kozan\u00a0<\/strong>is on the World Juniors team and she is going to be the top seed in the 200 free heading into finals tonight. She is ahead of fellow California natives\u00a0<strong>Miranda Heckman<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Ella Ristic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jack Walker\u00a0<\/strong>was the lone swimmer to break 1:51 this morning as he is the top seed in the men&#8217;s 200 free ahead of\u00a0<strong>Hunter Ingram\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Luke Maurer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>15-year-old\u00a0<strong>Abigail Herscu\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the 200 breaststroke as she will have her hands full with\u00a0<strong>Emma Weber\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Annika McEnroe<\/strong>. 14-year-old\u00a0<strong>Grace Rainey\u00a0<\/strong>will also be one to watch in the final where she comes in as the fourth seed.<\/p>\n<p>17-year-old\u00a0<strong>Maxwell Reich\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the men&#8217;s 200 breast ahead of\u00a0<strong>Dylan Rhee<\/strong>, who is also 17-years-old. Reich was a 2:14 this morning while Rhee was a 2:15.<\/p>\n<p>14-year-old\u00a0<strong>Rye Ulett\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the 100 back as she will also be attending the World Juniors at the end of the month for Team USA.
